Yes. For security, 995bet ensures that withdrawals only go to the bKash, Nagad or Rocket account registered in your own name. Transfers to someone else's wallet are not possible. This rule is strictly followed to prevent financial fraud and to keep your money safe.

Yes. 995bet's payment service is active 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals made at night or on Fridays and Saturdays are generally processed within the same 15-minute to 2-hour window. However, on public holidays, some delays may occur on the mobile banking provider's end.

995bet's welcome bonus — a 100% first deposit bonus, up to ৳10,000 — requires the bonus amount to be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the balance to ৳2,000; you must complete ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in wagering before withdrawing. Once the wagering requirement is met, terms and conditions apply for withdrawal.

At 995bet, the minimum deposit via bKash, Nagad or Rocket is ৳300. Depositing this amount is enough to start playing slot games. There is an opportunity to receive a 100% bonus on your first deposit. The same minimum amount applies for every payment method.

You can request a cooling-off (temporary break) or self-exclusion (long-term break) from 995bet's responsible gaming page or directly through live chat. The support team is available 24/7 in Bengali. Once self-exclusion is active, your account cannot be reopened before the period ends.

If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, contact 995bet directly via live chat or email — the support team will help you set account limits or take a break. Talking to family or a trusted friend can also help. Always treat gaming as entertainment, not a source of income.

A multi bet lets you place a wager on several events at once, and the odds of all selections are multiplied to form the combined odds. Example: three selections with odds of 1.50, 1.70 and 1.80 — combined odds are 1.50 × 1.70 × 1.80 = 4.59. On a ৳100 bet, winning all returns ৳459; if any one selection loses, the entire ৳100 is lost. See the 995bet betting page for more details on multi bets.

At 995bet, the most popular cricket betting markets are Match Winner, Toss Winner, Top Batsman, Highest Run Over, Innings Total, and Player of the Match. Live betting and in-play markets are also available for major tournaments including BPL and T20 World Cup.

The core betting process is the same for BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, and ICC tournaments — pick a market and place your bet. However, odds and market types may differ for BPL matches involving Bangladeshi teams. Bangladesh Tigers matches are more likely to have additional markets available.

If a match is officially declared no-result or void, your stake is generally refunded. In a multi-bet, that selection is cancelled and the remaining selections are recalculated. If a rain-affected match is settled using the D/L method, the standard settlement rules apply.

Decimal odds are straightforward: odds × stake = total return (profit plus stake). Example: Team A odds 1.65 — ৳500 bet returns ৳825 (profit ৳325). Team B odds 2.30 — ৳500 bet returns ৳1,150 (profit ৳650). The higher the odds, the greater the return if you win.

In the 995bet VIP programme, you move up to higher tiers gradually based on your regular playing and betting activity. 995bet reviews overall account activity and upgrades your tier automatically. The support team can provide details about specific targets.

995bet has five VIP tiers in total: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.6%), Gold (up to 0.9%), Platinum (up to 1.2%), and Diamond (up to 1.5%). Each tier pays cashback at a set rate on your weekly net losses.

Weekly cashback is calculated on your net loss, which is your total losses minus your total winnings for the week. Example: as a Gold member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 — ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 cashback. That is the maximum payable at the Gold tier. Higher tiers earn more cashback on the same net loss.

995bet VIP members receive priority customer support, personalised offers, and access to special events in addition to cashback. Moving to a higher tier unlocks further exclusive benefits. See the 995bet VIP page for full details.
